Before starting my private practice, I gained extensive experience working with children, individuals, and families in community mental health settings. Since 2009, I’ve been supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR.

Having lived in Thailand, Japan, and the U.S., I bring a cross-cultural perspective to therapy and a deep understanding of how culture, identity, and family systems shape emotional experiences and relationships. I am fluent in Thai, Japanese, and English, and can conduct therapy in both Thai and English.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy exploring new destinations and spending quality time with my husband, our two sons, and our two cats.

My goal in therapy is to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel heard and supported, while gaining practical tools and insight to improve their relationships, manage challenges, and cultivate a greater sense of emotional well-being.

If you do not see your insurance provider listed here, I encourage you to reach out directly to your insurance company to inquire about coverage options for out-of-network providers. Additionally, I highly recommend confirming your benefits with your insurance provider and verifying that I am part of their in-network before utilizing your insurance. Doing so can help prevent unexpected out-of-pocket expenses in the future.
